Add at least 2-4 inches of Galápagos Tropicoco® Coconut Soil to allow animals to burrow, plants to take root or to sufficiently cover the base of the terrarium. Replace Bedding once or twice a month depending on your pets habits and terrarium size. Terrariums with live plants and ample room require less frequent changing. Make it last! Remove individual waste and surrounding substrate with a scoop and replace with extra bedding. This will make the substrate last longer while keeping your pet's habitat safe, clean and healthy!
